The solution

Sompo's partner since 2013, Nalbatech implemented several projects in the client. Among them, we point out the TSM project, which presents 24 × 7 incident and change response activities. With execution and administration of backups through the TSM / Tivoli tool and the SystemWalker program (Fujitsu).

In order to meet the needs of the client, we carry out the updating of programs, in addition to the monitoring and execution of BATCH's routines via SystemWalker, Neobatch and Control M.

Nalbatech developed a migration strategy with a specialized team, in addition, we provide monitoring and improvements in the ZABBIX environment, and the development of specialized projects in Java, .Net and Abap.
